Melodies Approval

This is where existing characters can submit their Melodies for mod approval, and the Limit Break section will become available on the application page for the next round. If you need help coming up with one, see the Melody development workshop on the meme community.

Please see the Melodies page for an overview of the function and fill out the form below.

Since Frisk can only draw from timelines that are very close to their own, they can't teleport more than 10 feet away. The Melody lasts for 3 turns, plus 1 more for every level above 1st, to a total of 6 at 4th level. They disappear for 3 turns at 1st level, but this amount is reduced by 1 turn for every level thereafter.

A note on the minor time traveling ability: it occurred to me that it could be abused to stack actions on actions. What prevents Frisk from doing this is that maintaining intensely complicated loops like that within a very short span of time for each would be near-impossible for Frisk to keep track of in a combat situation where they're also fighting for their life without incurring paradoxes, which never end well for anybody and thus Frisk will not attempt it. It's supposed to be a minor trick that they can occasionally use to pull some surprising stuff (i.e. teleporting a little bit into the future after an attack's aftereffects have landed, or pushing a button while an enemy is still preoccupied with themself), not an exploit to create infinite time clones. I just figured that this was worth mentioning for the sake of full disclosure.
