MODERATOR APPLICATIONS

Hello everyone! We are currently looking for 2-3 helper mods who will help your current mod team with modly things. This is to ensure the game keeps being run smoothly. The application process is going to be open from the 1st to 15th of May. We will then contact you within the following week, to tell you our decision. The application process is open to already in-game players only. Namely, we need help with the following tasks:

• Application Process
Reading the applications of new players and characters, so as to contribute to the final decision made by the mods. We will provide a rubric to aid in judging them. You are expected to read them entirely and be objective.

• Legends Upkeep
Updating the "Legends" page with a summary of game events and key information. This is meant to help new players understand what has happened so far and to be a resource for existing players. This position is not in urgent need to be filled, but it requires dedication to looking through events once threads are completed and writing a clear, concise picture.

The mod positions are not related to the plot. Even though you may be led to give your opinion on oncoming plots and posts, you will not be asked to play NPCs or reply to the Contact and Request Posts. As such, the offered mod positions will not ruin your enjoyment of the game. Indeed, you'll still be in the dark as far as the plot is concerned. Being a moderator can be time consuming however, so make sure to think it over before posting an application.

Nothing crazy, but enough to help with modly work, especially the weeks surrounding the Reservation and Application processes. Please be honest. <b>Why do you want to become a moderator:</b> Simple enough, explain us why you want to become a moderator, why you think you would be good for the job. Be as lengthy or as brief as you think you need to be. <b>Favored duties:</b> We have listed quite a few things above, and we would like to know what you feel most comfortable doing and what you think you couldn't do if you were to become a moderator. Again please, be honest. <b>Canon Knowledge:</b> This is especially important for App Mods. What canons are you most familiar with, in that you can judge applications with more understanding? Are there particular popular and lore-extensive canons that you can be the local expert of? In addition, are you comfortable judging a canon that you are not familiar with? <b>Anon Preference:</b> If you are to be app mod, would you prefer that your identity be kept private from the players? The other mods, including the other app mods, would know who you are. <b>Anything Else:</b> Have something we didn't ask but you think is worth mentioning? Past modding experience, extensive knowledge of Final Fantasy, something else? That's where it goes! <b>If you were a Moogle, what would your name be and what would you do?</b> Don't be fooled, that question is as important as any other!
