As mentioned at the bottom of the Job FAQ at "How do the Passive Job stats interact with the Active Job's stats?" one stat can be boosted per Passive Job a character has. At this point, no character has Mastered a job and unlocked their second Passive slot, and so only one stat may be boosted.
